Review request flow teardown.

A review request flow asks a customer for feedback once they have had time to use the product. It triggers on Fulfilled Order, waits until after delivery, asks for a review with one tap, and sends one reminder. Good timing and an easy form matter more than the wording.

Trigger and filters.

Fulfilled Order metric, or a delivered event from your shipping provider, followed by a delay that reflects how long the product takes to judge.

Sequence and timing.

  1. 1. Time delay after delivery (About a week for simple goods, longer for things that take time to judge)

Give the customer a chance to use the item first.

  2. 2. Email one: how is it going? (At the end of the delay)

Ask for a rating with a one click star block.

  3. 3. Email two: reminder (5 days later)

A softer second request for those who did not respond.

  4. 4. Rating branch follow up (Straight after a rating is given)

Send a thank you with a public review link, or a private help message for a low score.

Branch logic.

What to watch.

Common mistakes.

This is a starting structure, not a promise of results. Timing and offers depend on your product, your repurchase window and your list, so test and adjust.
